students have to travel 1 hour or more to attend group classes or work in a shift pattern and as a result, they have trouble
attending classes more than once a week.

Private lessons are ideal in this situation since they will ensure that the student
maximises their time on the mat and the student can benefit at a reasonable rate.

Private Lessons with a Black Belt instructor also means students who wish to rectify problem areas / weaker areas of their jiu-jitsu
can use private lessons to focus solely on this.

Sometimes, however, a student has some type of learning disability which
prevents them from fully benefiting from the Group Classes in which case, the Private Classes may work much better.

If you simply want a more personal tuition and want to spread the cost bring a friend.

are for groups of up to a maximum of 4 people.

Jiu-Jitsu Supplements made by athletes, backed by science.

For the Players.

It is really important to think “long-term” if you want to have a long-term jiu-jitsu career. This includes being intelligent when it comes to injuries and properly taking care of your body. Everyone wants to train as long as they can, but the older you get and the more injuries you face, it can be a challenge.
Our JiuJitsu Bundle Pack has been carefully selected and every ingredient carefully thought out to help you take care of your bones, joints, ligaments, and mind. The bundle comes with
Glucosamine is an integral component of joints, muscles, cartilage, ligaments and tendons, where it plays a role in the smooth working of these tissues. Chondroitin is found naturally in joint cartilage where it helps to maintain elasticity. Ester-C ascorbate is a Body-Ready Vitamin C complex which is non-acidic, highly absorbable and gentle on the stomach. Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body and is essential for healthy bones, teeth and blood.  Hyaluronic Acid is a key component of cartilage and synovial fluid – this means it’s not only can it help repair your joints but that it also keeps then working smoothly. Hyaluronic Acid is probably the best joint supplement you can take this formulation was initially designed for Martial Artists to care for the damage done by training and sparring, although it is suitable for all.
One of the main reasons omega 3 fatty acids are so beneficial is due to their anti-inflammatory properties. This means that they help to fight inflammation inside the body. While there are times when inflammation is good, such as to help recover from injuries, we do not want to be walking around in a state of inflammation in our daily lives. With ageing, as well as with poor diets, our level of inflammation increases which can lead to heart disease, stroke, and autoimmune disease. Omega 3 fatty acids can essentially act to fight this inflammation and/or prevent it. Packed with the highest dosages of DHA and EPA, this is a must for any serious Jiu-Jitsu player.
Whenever you feel gassy, bloated, or tired after a meal, it becomes crystal clear that good digestion is essential to overall well being, especially when it comes to training Jiujitsu. But optimising the gut isn’t only about digestion. Recent research suggests that the gut biome could serve as the foundation for a strong immune system and optimal brain function. If there is a single thing you can do to optimise performance and health, taking regular probiotics is it. Health starts and ends in the gut. If you are not processing your food properly you can run the risk of being malnourished. Adding a massive dose of probiotics to your meals helps you break down and process your food much more effectively, allowing you to absorb as many of the nutrients as possible, lost fat, improve digestion etc.

Grappling is very up close and personal. you will need to take good care of your immune system.  The vitamins and minerals in your daily multivitamin can also significantly reduce levels of stress and anxiety. The body uses B vitamins to convert food into energy, keep the nervous system functioning properly, and to produce stress hormones. Taking multivitamins daily can replenish your body’s supply. The body needs a whole host of nutrients on a daily basis to function optimally, this includes everything from carbohydrates, protein and fat, to vitamin A, B, C,  magnesium, iron, and zinc. Most people consume an energy-dense, nutrient-poor diet, meaning they’re lacking essential vitamins and minerals which can put them at risk of deficiencies. Being deficient can expose you to a whole range of nutritional disorders; such as anaemia, rickets or goitre. Daily multivitamin consumption is a great way to make up for nutritional shortfalls and a simple solution to boost your health naturally. Our Daily Multivitamin from the JiuJitsu40+ Range is designed specifically to deliver the largest dosage of all the essential minerals and vitamins you will need to maintain and elevate your level of wellbeing.
